Manish carries extensive professional experience in various fields of financial advisory including tax and regulatory advisory, transactions advisory, valuations, inbound and outbound investment structuring, accountancy, audit and assurance. His extensive public accounting experience spans for more than 17 years.
His professional experience includes:
- Providing transactions support services including investor/ target identification, feasibility analysis, due diligence, valuations, transactions structuring and other support services;
- Investment advisory services including setting up joint ventures in India, fund raising, transactions structuring as well as entry and exit strategies;
- Statutory audit of major corporates in industries such as telecom, real estate, finance, infrastructure and aviation;
- Advising on Indian corporate tax, regulatory matters and international transactions;
- Assistance in SPAC transactions and
- Facilitation in Setting up business in India.
In addition to above, Manish is a USGAAP and IFRS expert and has also assisted clients in SEC and SEBI filings.

Amit Walia holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from CCSU and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. He has extensive experience of over 16 years in Both Direct and Indirect Taxation and other statutory law his core competencies are also in Government Department liasioning work like Income Tax, GST etc.
Amit is an active member of our Audit team as well, looking after both Statutory Audits and Tax Audits of various clients

Ravi is qualified as an Advocate with about 4 Yrs. of Experience in Indirect Taxation.
Driven by passion & interest towards Indirect Taxation field, she joined WW & Associates, and presently working as a Associate. He is providing legal and advisory services to various multinational companies in the arena of GST, Service Tax, advising on tax implications on day-to-day operations, implications on specific business activities/ transactions, assisting in various indirect taxation compliances, filing and preparing of appeals, show cause notices & their reply as well as attending personal hearings at the Adjudication level etc. His wide-ranging experience and in-depth knowledge have given organizations the perspective and support which they need to manage indirect taxes effectively.
Ravi has done immense study on GST in India and has been keeping track of all the developments emerging in the rollout of GST by the Government. Presently, he is looking after GST Implementation of Logistics and Manufacturing Sector etc.
